Agricultural Science Teacher
Introduction
I am ecstatic to begin my 24th year in Agriculture Education. I knew from the time I was a freshman in high school and in my very first ag class that I wanted to be an ag teacher. I absolutely LOVE teaching our youth about agriculture both past and present. It is ever changing, and I feel that it is extremely important for our students to know where their food and fiber come from. I love animals and using them as a tool to help create responsible and caring young people. It is my desire to show all of my students the endless possibilities of a great life, how to set and attain goals, and how to be good to themselves and other people.
I love teaching at Cranfills Gap because it is the first time in my career that I have lived in the same community that I teach. The sense of community, love, and family is great.
